Exceptional
Fantastic bedroom with bath in the room. Great size for a couple. The location couldn’t be better. Staff were super friendly and we could leave our luggage in reception all day before our late flight. Couldn’t recommend more, we’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel in a Great location.
This is a fantastic location in the heart of Florence! The hotel is wonderful, staff are phenomenal and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in Florence for two nights at the last minute while on a long trek through Europe. We couldn't believe our luck, especially because of the culture that is all around you. The staff helped us find dinner locations (actually called and made reservations) and both locations were 5 star. We will absolutely go back and stay longer!
